Biography
A former violinist and a performance major graduate of the University of Montreal, Indiana University and Montclair State University, Andreea Butucariu is based in Europe and has been working in the field of music management for two decades. Aside from music, languages always fascinated her. From the beginning of her work in music management she has been concerned with the turn of the whole wheel and the synchronisation of all the different elements necessary to build a path in music. Over the years she has been active in the recording industry - as a label owner and recording producer - as well as in press and marketing, with shorter but most enriching times spent programming concert seasons, within existing institutions as well as independently. She has been teaching for a decade performing and management students. Along her more recent astrology studies, a certain curiosity for the concrete future use of the AI in the music management field crystallises.
