My name is Bori Balog, a certified Swedish massage therapist. I provide a safe and calming space where you can rest, relax, and recharge.
Each session begins with gentle, superficial strokes and gradually moves into deeper techniques, supporting stress relief, muscle relaxation, and improved circulation. Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs, because no two bodies — or states of being — are the same.
I especially recommend my treatments to classical musicians to help release asymmetrical strain and support physical and emotional balance.
Biography
My name is Bori Balog, a certified Swedish massage therapist. I graduated from the International Massage Academy in 2024. For me, Swedish massage is not merely a technique, but a classical yet timeless method that both revitalizes and deeply relaxes the body and mind.
During my treatments, my highest priority is to create a safe, accepting space where my clients can truly arrive to themselves. It is a space for rest, renewal, the release of tension, and for allowing inner processes to unfold naturally.
Each massage begins with gentle, superficial strokes and gradually progresses toward deeper techniques. The lighter touch activates the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting stress relief, calming the nervous system, and relaxing the muscles. The deeper techniques aim to stimulate nerve endings and enhance blood and lymphatic circulation.
I believe that no two people are the same — and therefore no two massages are the same. Every treatment is tailored to your current physical and emotional state, your individual needs, and your unique constitution, so that you receive the greatest possible benefit on both a physical and a mental level.
I particularly recommend my treatments to classical musicians. Intensive instrumental practice often involves asymmetrical strain and subtle yet persistent muscular tension. Swedish massage can help relieve overload in the neck and shoulder girdle, back, arms, and hands, while supporting the body’s natural regenerative processes. Beyond physical relief, massage also helps calm the nervous system, which may enhance concentration and contribute to greater stability and presence on stage.
